Trumpet or mermaid style wedding gowns have become more and more popular over the past few years. This dramatic cut accentuates an hourglass figure by drawing in around the waist, skimming the hips and then flaring out towards the bottom. Diagonal lines of silver beading dart across a panel of sheer fabric, attached to the bodice with areas of appliqué and embroidery at the neckline and waist. A section of embroidered satin is decorated with faux pearls and flower motifs through the hip area before swathes of tulle flare outwards, expanding at the back to form a modest train.
